CANCELLATION, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The customer has 7 (seven) calendar days to use the PURCHASE WITHDRAWAL RIGHT and cancel the purchase, in accordance with article 49 of the consumer protection code. To guarantee your right of withdrawal, the customer must necessarily:

2) Communicate the reason for withdrawal and no. of the Order;
3) After after-sales authorization, send the product to the company's headquarters.
4) Returns for withdrawal of purchase will only be accepted if:
a) The product is in its original packaging;
b) The product does not show signs of use;
c) The product shows signs of poor quality;
In the event of a divergence from any of the conditions set out above, the company is, through acceptance of this guarantee policy by the customer, exempt from returning and refunding the amount paid and may resend the product to the customer without prior notice.
After approval, the Treasury will have a period of 30 days to reverse or credit the value of the operation to the buyer's card company or credit to his bank account, minus the original shipping freight.
